Job Description
Payments & Legal Support:
Legal assistance with agreements and onboarding for payment and crypto providers;
Support in opening bank and EMI accounts;
KYC checks for company officers (directors, shareholders, beneficiaries);
Drafting responses to KYC requests; keeping KYC docs updated;
Maintaining internal trackers and documentation (e.g., agreement status, policies);
Liaising with local agents on contract-related matters.
Product Compliance:
Ensuring product compliance with licensing requirements and international online iGaming regulations;
Drafting and updating internal policies (AML, KYC, Data Protection, T&Cs, etc.);
Conducting audits to identify compliance gaps; working with Product team to fix them;
Coordinating with regulators for license management;
Supporting Product team with regulatory inquiries.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in a legal position, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, gambling, or IT sectors;
Law degree (master) from a recognized university;
English – B2;Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian;
Solid understanding of KYC/AML frameworks, international payment providers, and EMIs;
Experience with contract law, especially related to payment service providers and payment processors;
Ability to review, draft, and adapt policies (e.g., AML, data protection, T&Cs, responsible gaming).
Nice to have:
Prior exposure to licensing processes in regulated industries (e.g., gambling, fintech) is a plus.
