Role Overview
We seek a dedicated attorney with experience in managing Insurance Fraud claims and RICO actions against individuals and corporations. You will be involved in case development, prosecution of civil recovery actions, and representing clients in insurance fraud and coverage matters. We value motivated candidates interested in long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage discovery in complex white-collar cases, including depositions and discovery responses.
Oversee a fraud litigation caseload, executing strategies throughout all case phases.
Develop arguments in insurance fraud matters.
Maintain proactive client communication with detailed analyses.
Represent clients in hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
Review pleadings, motions, and legal documents thoroughly.

Minimum Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
California State Bar membership in good standing
At least 3 years of civil litigation experience
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Negotiation, research, and communication skills
Leadership experience with teams preferred
Ability to handle complex situations with common sense
Attention to detail and adaptability
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and legal teams
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 plus bonus, based on experience
