Position: Mid Senior (10 PQE) In house  Middle East, Projects (largely non contentious)
NEW for 2025 Â – we are mandated for this In-House role in the UAE @ 10+ PQE. You will likely be a US / MC or SC candidate. This will suit a general projects development lawyer that is keen to swap London for the sun. The role will report directly to the Legal Counsel, and your experience should encapsulate the whole life cycle of the project.
You may have to get the ‘bids’ to the close and/or support them through the construction and operation. PPP and infrastructure is included in the brief. Some contentious experience will be useful. The mandate:  You will report directly to the Head of Legal. You will take a lead role for the legal aspects of the organization’s project transactions. You will plan, direct, and coordinate the legal management activities and the legal function of the organization’s project transactions.
You will manage the intake, assignment, and delivery of legal services to be delivered to the members of the New Business Development Department. You will oversee the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the delivery of the legal workstream by NBD-Legal Team members with
respect
