Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong Luxembourg presence, is seeking an Investment Funds Lawyer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Your Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on fund structuring, including regulated and unregulated vehicles, from inception through to closing.
- Manage investor due diligence, review fund documentation, and assist in negotiating side letters and legal opinions.
- Support clients with regulatory authorisations (MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries, Fund Administrators).
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and mentor junior team members in a structured yet flexible setting.
Your Profile :
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Funds Lawyer in Luxembourg in Law firm
- Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or an EU Bar.
- Strong knowledge of fund regulation and CSSF processes.
- Fluent in English and French
- Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
