Duties
Manage and oversee a diverse docket of class action cases across various industries.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive litigation strategies.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials as part of a high-functioning team.
Provide guidance and insights on procedural and substantive legal issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case management and client communication.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates from top-tier firms.
Strong background in complex commercial, securities, or consumer litigation.
Prior experience managing multi-matter caseloads.
Federal clerkship experience is an advantage.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., New York or New Jersey).
