Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Qualifications:
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school An additional degree in
MD, MPH, Pharm
D, or Epidemiology
is required
Bar Admission:
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients and providing strategic legal counsel Supervising junior associates and coordinating case teams Working closely with expert witnesses and consultants Assisting in fact development, discovery, and depositions Drafting and reviewing discovery responses, legal briefs, motions, and memoranda Contributing to case strategy and trial preparation
Experience:
Minimum
3 years
of litigation experience, preferably at an Am Law 100 firm Strong science background
required Experience in
products liability and/or complex commercial litigation
preferred Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device industries and clients Key Competencies &

Compensation:
$250,000 – $370,000 per year, depending on geographic location and experience level
