Mid-Level Litigation Associate
Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Schererville (NW Indiana) office.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking significant responsibility in state and federal court matters, defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals.
Position Requirements
:
Must be admitted to the Indiana bar in good standing.
Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Indiana commercial litigation.
Candidates must have experience handling depositions, mediations, and attending hearings.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
Must reside in Indiana.
