We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Coverage Associate to join our growing Toronto team.

Responsibilities
- Providing coverage advice on policy interpretation and drafting coverage opinions across various insurance policies and industry sectors.
- Supporting senior counsel on complex matters.
- Business development and professional profile enhancement.
- Meeting billable targets.
- People/team leadership, mentorship and management.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- Legally entitled to practice law in Canada.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- At least 3 years of coverage experience.
- Excellent English oral and written skills and communication ability.
- Strong organization and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage a busy practice alongside Legal Assistants and Clerks.
Salary
The salary range is $160,000 – $195,000 annually; the offered salary is based on years of call and is dependent upon skills and experience.
