Duties:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including:
Manufacturing Agreements
Distribution Agreements
Sales Broker Agreements
Raw Material Supply Agreements
Packaging Supply Agreements
Equipment Leases
Equipment Purchase Agreements
Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple office locations to deliver client-focused solutions
Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients across diverse industries
Actively participate in pro bono and public service initiatives
Contribute to firm diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts law
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
Capacity to work effectively as part of a diverse and collaborative team
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in one of the specified locations
Skills:
Strong analytical and writing abilities
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
