Mid-Level Associate – Construction Disputes – Dubai About the Job Our client is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level associate to join its arbitration practice in their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in arbitration, with specific exposure to construction disputes. Experience working in an international law firm would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and execution of arbitration cases, particularly those related to construction disputes. Provide legal analysis, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies. Liaise with clients, experts, and external counsel to ensure effective case management. Participate in hearings and provide support during arbitration proceedings. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
