Commercial Contract Attorney (Junior Partner-Level)
We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our business counseling and corporate law team. We want someone who already has some existing clients and is eager to grow their practice with us. If you have experience in IP licensing or data privacy, that’s a big plus!
We are a collaborative and client-focused firm, and we need an attorney who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
What You Need for This Role:
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in Washington State and in good standing.
7-9 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, IP licensing, and data privacy.
Strong organizational and time management skills—able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good judgment and decision-making skills when advising clients.
Excellent people skills—you should be able to build good relationships with clients, other attorneys, and staff.

Pay: $200,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
