Summary of Work

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance to in-house counsel, paralegals, other administrative assistants, outside counsel, and outside counsel paralegals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing administrative tasks received by fellow administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys
Preparing affidavits of service for mailing
Issuing Administrative Orders
Issuing subpoenas
Preparing and sending file copies
Preparing, documenting, and sending correspondence
Assisting in gathering exhibits for the hearing for external counsel
Monitoring cases
Providing administrative assistance to the subrogation team
Mail and printing services

Minimum Qualifications

Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education
One year of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work
Additional work experience performing office support, clerical, or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis
