The Medical Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys by managing medical records, summarizing treatments, liaising with healthcare providers, and preparing medical chronologies and demand packages. Key Responsibilities:
- Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
- Draft medical chronologies and treatment summaries
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in medical treatment
- Assist in preparing demand letters and discovery responses
- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients
- Support attorneys with trial preparation involving medical documentation
- Maintain detailed and organized client files

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
