Tucker & Lokeinsky, a civil litigation firm with a focus on community association law, is seeking a pre-litigation attorney. The ideal candidate for this position will have 0-2 years of experience practicing law. Foreclosure, FDCPA and/or Community Association Law experience preferred but not required. Candidate must have strong communication skills (written and verbal), excellent work ethics, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment and think creatively.
