This position is ideal for an attorney who is eager to move beyond drafting and take an active role in litigation, with immediate courtroom exposure including depositions, hearings, and trial work. Medical‑malpractice matters make up a significant portion of the firm’s practice, providing consistent, high‑quality work and the opportunity to develop deep subject‑matter expertise.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred, plaintiff side and/or personal injury experience required
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
- Motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented
- Licensed and in good standing in Ohio
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:
Starting around $115,000+ (DOE) - Billable requirement: 1800 hours
- Bonus structure: formula‑based and discretionary bonuses
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
