What You Will Be Doing
- Handle high‑value personal injury cases end‑to‑end
- Lead and conduct expert witness depositions (critical responsibility)
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Work closely with medical experts and liability specialists
- Analyze medical records and case evidence
- Provide client guidance throughout the case lifecycle
- Collaborate internally on case strategy and litigation execution
Experience You Will Need
- Active California Bar license (mandatory)
- Strong litigation background (Medical Malpractice preferred)
- Proven experience in expert depositions, litigation drafting, depositions, hearings, and case handling
- Strong exposure to medical records, expert witnesses, liability analysis
- Ability to transition into Personal Injury litigation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Skill Matrix
- California Bar License
