I’m working with a large national litigation firm looking to add a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney. You’ll handle sophisticated, high stakes healthcare cases without having to choose your home based on where the office happens to be.
Salary: $120,000 to $165,000, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Defend healthcare providers in medical malpractice and related litigation
- Take and defend depositions and work closely with medical experts
- Handle substantive motions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Develop case strategy and prepare significant matters for trial
What you’ll have:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including medical malpractice or healthcare defense
- Experience handling depositions, discovery and substantive motions
- Strong writing skills and the confidence to handle complex matters
- Admitted to The California Bar
