Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law and a passion for advocating for the rights of our clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of complex medical malpractice cases, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
Draft persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Depose expert witnesses and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in court and at mediation.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record of success in medical malpractice litigation.
Strong understanding of medical science and the ability to evaluate complex medical records.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Education & Experience
Top 20% of law school class.
Law review and/or moot court experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
