The Role
You’ll be advising on a broad range of transactional matters, with exposure to cutting-edge work across the media and entertainment landscape.
About You
- 2+ years legal experience
- Strong background in transactional law
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements
- Experience in Corporate / M&A is highly valued
- Exposure to media & entertainment matters is a plus (not essential)
- Currently practicing at a leading Am Law firm
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Barred to practice in New York
- Located in New York City
