Law Offices of Michael S. Daoudi, PC, is a Troy personal injury Plaintiff law firm, that has been practicing for approximately 20 years. We are seeking an in-office Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of civil litigation experience in Michigan’s No-Fault insurance law, in both individual and provider cases.

The qualified candidate will be supporting two (2) attorneys and have main responsibilities such as:
· Work as part of a team to determine case strategy, order of priority, and other case issues
· Confirm insurer coverage/information with insurance companies/adjusters
· Confirming damages claimed by our clients
· Entering all details and information into spreadsheets based on procedures in place
· Drafting no-fault provider Complaints and Summons
· Drafting no-fault provider Case Evaluation/Facilitation summaries, which includes summarizing relevant medical record
· E-Filing/Mailing pleadings with the courts
· Prepare and respond to discovery motions
· Prepare Initial Disclosures
· Prepare/file witness and exhibit lists;
· Prepare and respond to written discovery
· Communicate with clients
· Assist with scheduling depositions and confirming depositions
· Prepare/serve subpoenas;
· Confirm motion hearings, settlement conferences, etc., with courts
· Confirm our clients’ availability/appearance for any noticed hearings
· Phone answering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
