Matrimonial & Family Law Attorney – Partner Level ($225,000–$300,000/year)

Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Connecticut Bar admission and good standing.
- 7+ years of concentrated matrimonial/family law experience.
- Established portable book of business and demonstrated originations.
- Strong experience with complex/high-net-worth divorce matters.
- Excellent litigation, negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment matters.
- Manage complex financial and high-net-worth cases involving equitable distribution, alimony, and child support.
- Draft and negotiate prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
- Lead negotiations, mediations, litigation, trials, and appellate matters as needed.
- Grow your practice through business development, referrals, client relationships, and collaboration with other practice groups.
