The Mass Tort Case Specialist serves as highly organized and detail-oriented Case Specialist to support the management of more than 2,900 active Mass Tort
cases. The Case Specialist will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive
approach to client service, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Responsibilities:
- Participate in the review and vetting of Mass Tort claims received by the department.
- Conduct initial outreach and communication with clients.
- Prepare required case documentation for Legal Assistants.
- Prepare, review, organize, and deliver case-related materials to co-counsel firms.
- Assemble and maintain case closure materials, including Red Folders.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and case updates.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with co-counsel firms.
- Prepare, organize, and deliver regular reports to partnering firms.
- Maintain organized and accurate physical and electronic case files.
- Support department operations with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct Bi-annual Mass Tort case inventories, including both physical and electronic audits.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in legal or administrative support.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong commitment to client service and case accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complete tasks timely, and meet deadlines.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
