About the Team:
The Marketing team is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, digital campaigns, partner marketing, and go-to-market initiatives across business units. The team collaborates closely with sales, OEM partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute impactful marketing programs that generate business growth and strengthen Redington's market presence.
Key Purpose of the Job:
The Executive – Marketing will be responsible for supporting end-to-end marketing operations, campaign execution, vendor coordination, marketing communications, reporting, and stakeholder management. The role focuses on ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting demand generation activities.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have exposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, digital marketing support, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Your Role:
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, OEM partners, and vendors for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, creatives, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing & Lead Management:
- Support digital campaigns across email, social media, paid marketing, and web platforms.
- Track campaign performance and assist in lead management activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and campaign follow-up.
Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare marketing MIS reports, campaign dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, budgets, and marketing activities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
- Support purchase orders, invoice processing, and marketing documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal marketing processes and approval workflows.
- Maintain marketing documentation, vendor records, and campaign assets.
- Support budget tracking and ensure timely closure of operational activities.

- Have experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or digital marketing.
- Possess strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.
- Understand marketing campaign execution and reporting processes.
- Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Are eager to learn and contribute to business growth initiatives.
