Responsibilities
Contact courts to request information as requested by the team
Coordinate with courts staff to retrieve physical case/ court documents.
Update the HireHippo system with the retrieved information
Liaise with courts staff as required to obtain further any clarifications requested by the team.
Any other duties as assigned by the operations team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years’ work experience (in an office environment), preferably having experience in similar roles
Have good attention to detail, and be highly organized.
Able to work within set deadlines to obtain information.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in using gmail, word and internet research
Have reliable transportation to access designated court locations
Have reliable smart phone with good camera
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: On the road
