Educational Qualification:
LL.B.
Desirable Qualification:
LL.M. in Corporate/Maritime Law
Experience:
Following years of experience in legal wing of Corporates; proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting (for CM & SM) –
CM- 15 years
SM- 10 years
Manager- 5 years
Desirable Experience:
Experience in Port/Shipping sector and practicing experience as an Advocate.
Age Limit
CM- 55 years
SM- 45 years
Manager- 40 years
