Work you’ll do

  • Lead and manage end-to end complex valuation, financial modelling, and dispute-related assignments.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents tailored for litigation support and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, evolving regulations, and best practices in both valuation and dispute resolution.
  • Cultivate and mentor junior team members, driving high-quality execution, fostering career growth and upholding professional standards.
  • Enforcement of strict quality assurance, risk management, and confidentiality procedures across all managed projects and client data.

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other business-related disciplines. A law degree such as LLB or LLM would also be considered.
  • Professional qualification in accounting (such as HKICPA/ CICPA/ ACCA/ AICPA) or valuation (such as CFA/ ASA/ CBV) qualifications.
  • Minimum of five years’ relevant work experience, including minimum of 2 years of valuation experience related to M&A, financial reporting or valuation disputes.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong skills in business and technical report writing.
  • Excellent business sense, strong analytical skills, consultation and interpersonal skills, with high commitment to delivery excellence.
