We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a streamlined workload, making it an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator seeking meaningful work in a modern, remote-friendly practice.
About the Role
This position offers a competitive base salary of $125,000 – $150,000, depending on experience, along with a case origination bonuses. The role is fully remote, though occasional in-person court appearances in New York may be required.
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
Handle court appearances (virtual and in-person).
Conduct and defend depositions.
Lead meet-and-confer sessions for discovery disputes.
Draft motions, oppositions, and other litigation documents.
Perform case analysis, legal strategy development, and client consultations.
Collaborate with a paralegal-supported litigation team to efficiently handle casework.
Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation.
Train and mentor junior team members and paralegals.
This is a litigation-heavy position, but no billable hour requirements exist. Court appearances and depositions occur regularly, but not excessively, and much of the legal writing backlog is managed by support staff.

Who You Are
We are looking for a strategic, litigation-focused attorney who:
Has 3+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred but not required).
Is comfortable with courtroom appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
Has exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
Can work independently and proactively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Is licensed to practice in New York.
This role is ideal for a plaintiff-side litigator who wants high-level casework, strong compensation, and remote flexibility without unnecessary administrative burdens.
