The Denver office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with four to five years of experience. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.).
Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair).
Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
Experience preparing cases for trial.
Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts.
Coordination and oversight of e-discovery projects in complex commercial litigation matters

This position may be filled in Colorado. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position is [$310,000 – $365,000/yr]. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements:
Colorado Bar License required.
