We are seeking a seasoned legal and compliance senior professional for an investment firm based in DIFC. This role requires deep regulatory expertise, legal acumen, and capability to oversee compliance and legal matters across the business.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal and compliance experience within an asset management/ private equity/ investment firm
- Strong DFSA/ ADGM experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of fund regimes in UAE and internationally
- Deep knowledge of DFSA Compliance regulations
- Proven legal experience and drafting/negotiating: Fund offering documents, IMAs, custody/admin agreements
- Corporate legal documentations (SPA/SHA, JV agreements, employment contracts)
- Strong command of corporate governance including board resolutions, minutes, and regulatory filings
