OJO7K-4301AE14) Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates We are working with an energy company on a new Compliance Manager position based in Abu Dhabi.
This role sits in the Compliance Advisory department and requires someone with 8-15 years of experience. You will report to the Senior VP of Ethics and Compliance and have 2-3 direct reports.
You will need to have experience in insider management, sanctions, data privacy and ESG. The ideal candidate will also have oil and gas trading experience.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge8-15 years of professional experience in similar roles, with at least 2 years in-house in a senior or lead role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Must have a legal background, ideally as a qualified lawyer.
Deep workable knowledge of applicable legislations and regulations.
Experience in insider management, sanctions, data privacy and ESG.Knowledge of business and international best practices.
Excellent English language (written and spoken).Fluent Arabic in addition is an advantage.
