Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including employment law and litigous processes. This role requires negotiation and legal drafting skills to effectively represent our company and manage cases from inception through litigation. The Counsel will work to ensure all legal documents are prepared accurately and that company needs are met with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Represent company in negotiations and court proceedings as necessary.
Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the state of California.
Strong background in legal administrative tasks.
Proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in client representation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Cupertino, CA 95014: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
