Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support our executive team. Law firm experience is required. Perfect Practice experience is preferred.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Handle intake of new files to the firm, including setting files up in our case management system and communicating with clients.
Handle incoming emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent etiquette while addressing inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Experience as a oaralegal or in a similar role within an office environment a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and team members.
Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
