About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading global law firm with over 40 offices worldwide and a strong presence in Swed, we are seeking an Associate specializing in Corporate/M&A transactions. The role provides an opportunity to engage in high-profile, cross-border M&A and private equity deals across the Nordic region.
Location & Flexibility
Role based in Stockholm with occasional travel within the Nordic region and potentially other European offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support throughout the entire lifecycle of corporate transactions, from due diligence through transaction execution.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture arrangements.
Conduct legal research and prepare concise analyses for internal use and client presentations.
Coordinate closely with senior partners, cross-functional teams, and global offices to deliver seamless service to international clients.
Support project management of complex deals, maintaining accuracy and timely execution of deliverables.
Candidate Requirements:
3–7 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or related fields.
Swedish law degree (Juristexamen) or equivalent; strong academic performance is essential.
Qualified or eligible for qualification to practice law in Sweden.
Proven experience with drafting, negotiating, and transactional management.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cross-border transactions or international work environment.
Familiarity with private equity deal structures and market dynamics.
Additional academic or professional background in business or finance.
