Angove Partners are working with an insurance brokerage based in Amsterdam, who are looking to bring on a M&A Broker.
About this role:
You will advise clients on W&I insurance solutions and run the insurance process alongside live M&A transactions—working closely with private equity firms, corporates, lawyers, and insurers.
What will you be doing:
• Advise clients on W&I insurance strategy
• Manage the end-to-end placement process on live M&A deals
• Prepare submission materials and approach insurers
• Create competitive tension in the market to secure best terms
• Negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy wording
• Review SPAs and align insurance coverage with deal terms
• Coordinate underwriting calls and manage insurer Q&A
• Drive timelines and ensure successful policy binding at signing
About you:
• Experience in M&A, insurance broking, corporate law, or transaction advisory
• Strong understanding of deal processes and transaction dynamics
• Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
