We are looking for a Lawyer or CPA with approximately 2 years of relevant experience to join us.
The ideal candidate will have initial experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including the ability to review acquisition agreements and support transactional processes, along with a solid understanding of tax-related aspects of corporate transactions.
This role is suited for a bright, detail-oriented professional at the early stages of their career, who is eager to develop in a dynamic and professional environment. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and a very high level of English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bespoke M&A / Tax Insurance placement and underwriting processes
- Review acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
- Assist with due diligence reviews and transaction analysis
- Identify and assess legal, financial, and tax-related issues
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external advisors
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer or CPA
- Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with M&A transactions and transaction documentation
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment, while remaining organized and orderly
- Very high level of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent independent and OJT learning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience gained at a law firm, accounting firm, or professional advisory environment
- Knowledge of tax matters relevant to corporate and acquisition transactions
- Exposure to cross-functional transactional work
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
