We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 1-year of experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our practice is primarily focused on automotive and premise personal injury cases.

As an Associate Attorney at Fiore Legal, you will have paralegal support, so that you can focus on strategy for our clients. We offer a competitive salary, professional development assistance, and a great referral program.
Compensation:
$115,000 – $135,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
1-3 years of personal injury experience
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
