BangoPure is seeking an experienced Logistics & Visa Support Officer to support international delegates, speakers, and artisans travelling to our events and programmes across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

This role is central to ensuring our international attendees can travel, attend, and participate smoothly, regardless of where in the world they are travelling from. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, time-critical environment and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage visa and immigration logistics for international delegates travelling to BangoPure events across the UK and Ireland.
  • Prepare invitation letters, sponsorship documentation, and supporting evidence for UK Standard Visitor Visa and Irish Short-Stay Visa applications.
  • Monitor visa application timelines against confirmed event dates and proactively identify urgent or at-risk cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and Irish Immigration Service (INIS) requirements, fees, processing times, and country-specific visa regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delegates with visa-related enquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Events and Marketing teams to communicate visa requirements to nominees and attendees.
  • Support broader travel and logistics coordination for international visitors where required.
  • Handle personal and travel documentation with the highest level of confidentiality and ensure full compliance with GDPR.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with UK and/or Ireland visa and immigration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Standard Visitor Visa requirements and invitation letter standards across a range of nationalities.
  • Previous experience supporting international event delegates or corporate visa sponsorship is highly desirable.
  • OISC registration (or equivalent immigration adviser accreditation) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple urgent cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in drafting formal visa support documentation.
  • Comfortable working under tight, event-driven deadlines.
  • Available to start immediately.
