Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Executive with a Chemical background to oversee and coordinate logistics operations in Dammam, KSA. The role involves managing the movement of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Chemical logistics, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all government portals related to import & export.
• Supervise and manage logistics activities ensuring timely delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and teams to optimize transportation and storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of deliveries and stock movement.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Track and report daily logistics operations, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the chemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of chemical material handling, transportation, and site logistics.
• Familiarity with local regulations, import/export procedures, and compliance standards in KSA.
• Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
