Required Skills & Experience
Legal administration/ support experience
Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader
User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX
Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
Must be highly organized
Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)
Partnership skills – ability to work with Q/A team
6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred
Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful
Desired Skills & Experience
Root cause analysis.
Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.
Payment research.
Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.
Partnering with 3rd party law firms.
Working independently and being resourceful.
Enterprise/corporate environment background.
What You Will Be Doing
Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
