Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our attorneys in various aspects of case preparation and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, team-based legal setting and is passionate about making a difference for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and filings
Organize and maintain case files and legal records
Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Prepare discovery materials and assist in trial preparation
Manage deadlines and maintain calendars for court dates and filings
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certification
Paralegal certification
1+ years of experience in a legal setting (law firm or corporate legal department)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency In Spanish and English

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
