Our Client:
A premier national law firm with an outstanding private client practice is seeking a talented estate planning attorney for their Minneapolis office. The firm represents high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business owners in complex wealth planning matters.
The Opportunity:
Work with sophisticated clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters. This position offers direct client contact, intellectually stimulating work, and the chance to develop subject matter expertise with excellent mentorship.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in estate planning
Emphasis on transfer tax planning and trust/estate administration
Experience drafting trust agreements, wills, and estate planning documents
Knowledge of estate and gift tax return preparation
Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
Additional Qualifications:
Minnesota bar admission required
Additional state bar admissions a plus
Ability to explain complex concepts in understandable terms
Experience with family business succession planning
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
Highly competitive salary ($225,000-$300,000) based on experience
