Role Overview
Zoomlion KSA is seeking a Legal Officer / In-House Litigator to join our Riyadh team. This professional will manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
Represent the company in court and arbitration institutions for cases including:
Contractual disputes
Product liability & warranty claims
Supply chain disputes
Cross-border legal issues
Legal Document Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal agreements, and corporate policies.
Debt Collection & Recovery:
Oversee and execute debt collection efforts.
Manage the repossession of equipment from debtors.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and operational risks.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and international trade regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
Law Degree (Juris Doctor JD, Master of Laws LLM, or Bachelor of Laws LLB).
Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Strong expertise in debt collection & equipment repossession.
Experience in corporate, commercial, and construction law is preferred.
