The Role
You will work on a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Probate.
You will be given a high level of responsibility from the outset, with the autonomy to run files independently while working alongside an experienced and supportive litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to broaden their experience, develop their practice and take the next step in their career within a firm that actively promotes internal progression.
As the firm continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the long-term success of the practice, with a genuine pathway towards seniority and partnership for the right individual.
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5+ PQE
- Experience managing Personal Injury and Medical Negligence matters
- Exposure to contentious Probate work;
- The ability to manage their own caseload;
- A strong understanding of litigation practice and procedure;
- Excellent drafting, organisational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities;
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and support staff;
