We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively within a team, has a client-focused approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills and has a solution-focused mindset.
Location:
Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2 days in office

We specialise in multiple areas of law including Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Wills and Trusts, Inheritance Tax advice and Estate Planning, Elderly Client Services, Employment Law, Business and Company Law, Dispute Resolution, and Agricultural Law.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse range of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
Advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-action advice, mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including statements of case, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, delivering exceptional legal counsel and advocacy.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
Staying up to date with changes in legislation and legal procedures to provide accurate and practical advice.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.
