Litigation Associate Attorney – Clark Hill – Atlanta, GA
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Litigation business unit in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have at least 1 year of litigation experience and hold an active Georgia Bar license.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong trial preparation and courtroom experience, including case management, motion practice, and depositions
Excellent advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong academic credentials
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid work ethic
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Skills and Certifications
Candidates must have at least 1 year of litigation experience and hold an active Georgia Bar license
