Regional law firm looking for an experienced part-time litigation paralegal for its litigation division. Candidate must have familiarity with drafting pleadings, handling service of process, application for default judgment, drafting motions and discovery. Post-judgment enforcement experience a bonus. Opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business with over 90 employees across four offices.
