Litigation Project Analyst (eDiscovery) | Remote (Illinois)
We are partnering with a leading national law firm to identify a Litigation Project Analyst to support complex litigation and eDiscovery initiatives from intake through production.
This is a fully remote opportunity (Illinois-based) with strong visibility across attorneys, project managers, and technical teams—ideal for someone looking to deepen their eDiscovery expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of eDiscovery experience (law firm, vendor, or in-house)
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne
• Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle
• Exposure to data handling, metadata, and document review workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear, professional communication style with a team-oriented mindset
What You’ll Do:
• Support project intake and gather matter-specific requirements
• Configure RelativityOne workspaces (permissions, layouts, workflows)
• Assist with data intake and triage (structured + unstructured data)
• Execute core eDiscovery workflows: processing coordination, loading, batching, search, and reporting
• Maintain detailed tracking, documentation, and audit trails
• Communicate updates and proactively escalate risks
• Support document productions, including QC and delivery
• Coordinate with external vendors (processing, OCR, scanning)
• Provide guidance to users on Relativity and related tools
Nice to Have:
• Experience with tools like TextMap, TrialDirector, or similar
• Familiarity with audio/video evidence formats
The Details:
• Fully remote (Illinois-based candidates only)
• Direct Hire
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
• Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
