A leading and dynamic law firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in a remote capacity. This is a great opportunity to contribute to complex and diverse cases across multiple practice areas, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
In this role you will provide essential support to attorneys across various litigation teams within the firm.

Salary:
Up to 130k DOE
Responsibilities include:
Case management and organization for multiple concurrent cases
Document preparation and filing, including e-filing in various jurisdictions
Comprehensive discovery assistance, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing document review platforms, and preparing privilege logs
In-depth legal research
Trial preparation support, including preparing exhibits, organizing trial notebooks, and assisting with witness preparation
Effective communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Maintaining accurate and detailed case files
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large or multi-faceted firm
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.) and case management software
Advanced technical skills, including experience with e-filing systems, document review platforms, and other legal technology
Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
