We’re seeking a sharp and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation team in New York. If you thrive in complex case management and have deep experience in both federal and state court litigation, this role is for you.
Top Litigation Duties:
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from pre-filing to trial and appeal
Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Coordinate eFiling in federal, state, and appellate courts (via CM/ECF, NYSCEF, etc.)
Assist with depositions, trial prep, and managing exhibit binders
Maintain deadlines, manage databases, and track case activity in real time
What You Bring:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (big law preferred)
Expert knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and litigation lifecycles
Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills
Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office
Location: Midtown Manhattan (3+ days onsite)
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri)
