Firm Background: Our small law firm has been serving the community since 1959, focusing on a wide range of legal matters in general practice and estates and trusts.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team to work in the Estates and Trusts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting attorneys with administration of estates, including preparation of opening probate documents and accountings
Conducting legal research and drafting documents
Managing client communications and files
Performing administrative tasks as needed
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Strong accounting skills
Strong legal drafting and document review skills
Strong Excel and Word document skills
Experience in a law office environment
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Familiarity with estate planning and administration
Ability to prepare an account for an estate
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
